1. Double-click the Microsoft Outlook 2000 icon.
   
   
   
2. Click the Next button.
   
   
   
3. Click the Next button.
   
   
   
4. Click the Next button.
   
   
   
5. Check the box next to Internet E-mail.
6. Click the Next button.
   
   
   
7. Click the Setup Mail Account button.
   
   
   
8. In the Mail account field, type a name for your email account (i.e. Work Mail).
9. In the Name field, type your full name.
10. In the E-mail address field, type your entire email address (e.g., joe@yourdomain.com).
    
    
    
11. Click on the Servers tab.
    
12. In the Incoming Mail (POP3) field, type mail.yourdomain.com.
    
13. In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field, type mail.yourdomain.com.
    
14. In the Account name field, type your entire email address (e.g.,joe@yourdomain.com).
    
15. In the Password field, type your email password.
    
16. Check the box next to My server requires authentication.
    
17. Click the Settings button.
    
    
    
    
18. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
    
    
    
    
19. Click the OK button.
    
    
20. Click the OK button.
    
    
    
21. Click the Next button.
    
22. Click the Finish button.
    
    
    
23. Close Outlook 2000.
