Export Contacts from Outlook to a CSV file:

1. Open Outlook and navigate to your contacts.
2. Highlight all the contacts.
3. Click on File ? Import and Export...
4. Select Export to a File and click Next.
5. Select Comma Separate Values (Windows) and click the Next button.
6. Confirm that the selected folder is Contacts and click the Next button.
7. Type in an easy name to remember for the file and click on the Browse button.
8. Select Desktop as the location to save your file and click on the OK button.
9. Click Next and then Finish.
10. Once its done, close Outlook.

Import the CSV file into SpamKiller:

1. Right click on the M icon.
2. Go to SpamKiller ? View Friends.
3. Click on Import address book in the right column.
4. Scroll down and select Comma Separated Values.
5. Click on the Browse button.
6. Select Desktop and change the "Files of type" drop down to CSV.
7. Highlight the file you created above and click on Open.
8. Click on the Finish button when done.
9. Addresses will appear in your Personal Friends List on the Email Addresses tab so you may need to select that list if
   you are on the Global Friends List display.
