Clicking on “Lists” brings up access to the allowed “Lists” (mailing
lists). These will be allowed if the email address is in the “From:” or
in the “To:” field of the email.

- To Add:
Click on “Add” button.
Format the address as shown in the screen that comes up.
Click OK.
- To Remove:
Select address.
Click on “Remove” button.
Address is immediately removed from list.
Helpful Hints
- If mail from a Mailing List is being junked, you may
have inadvertently added the email address or domain of the mailing
list
to the blocked list.

The Mailing List entry is unique in that the text in both the “From:” line
AND the “To:” line will be scanned for allowed entries;
whereas the People and Companies entries only scan the “From:” line.

The use of the “Lists” section should be utilized with
discretion, and only utilized in those cases where email messages
from a mailing list are only consistent in the “To:” field.
