  1. Exit the platform and start a normal Internet Explorer window. Enter the web address, example: http://www.ITIcomputers.com
  2. Click on the Yahoo Toolbar's popup blocker icon option arrow. This arrow is pointing down beside of the popup blocker icon.


  3. Click on the menu option "Always Allow Pop-Ups From..."



  4. Locate "myvirtualmanager.net" from the "Sources of Recently Blocked Pop-Ups:" list box. Single click on "myvirtualmanager.net".


  5. Single-click the "Allow" button.


  6. Single-click the "Ok" button when asked to confirm allowing of pop-ups from myvirtualmanager.net


  7. Single-click the "Close" button. This will now allow My Virtual Manager to work with the pop-up to function.
