It was about a year and a half ago that we became familiar with ITI. Based upon a referral we received about them, we originally engaged their services to develop a new software we designed. Little did we know back then that CD and Lee would become much more than just our software developers.

CD and Lee, along with their team members, would do much more than simply take our requests and implement them but they would go through the entire design thought process with us so that development would not only be what we wanted but what would be the best output possible. They have a unique ability to listen to an idea then, what seems instantaneously, create that idea and make it live. They are devoted to a project, conscientious of their work and very, very professional. There seems no end to what they will do to make a client happy and produce a result that far exceeds expectations.

We barely can remember our business before working with ITI nor would we want to ever be without them. They are now involved in every computer development and enhancement we make along with the evolution and maintenance of our website. Not only are we thankful to be working with them, but simply knowing CD and Lee has greatly enriched our lives. They are of genuine and true character. It can be a real challenge to find talented technology people who understand that there is more to reaching the customer than state of the art technology and who understand that the technology is only as good as the results to the business. It is hard to even find MARKETING people that get that. ITI really does get it. Maybe they should be called technoteers or markenologists. The 2005 Memory Walk went beyond successful - we've raised over $150,000 to date and still counting. The Board told me this is the biggest and best Walk this Chapter has ever had - makes me so proud. While the outcome of the Walk is always important, what is really important is that we have created an enormous awareness about Alzheimer's disease & the Chapter and even more importantly, we are expanding training and services and reaching out to more and more families.

We just brought in a Licensed Masters Social Worker to do family consultations, we will be opening an office in Nassau County within the next month and we have plans in place to begin raising funds for another office in South Hampton. We are on our way to realizing the plans I established when I first came here to open six POS offices. Long Island families who are impacted by AD are now getting the services they really need - and it's thanks to everyone - including yourselves - who have given me the ability to accomplish these goals. So, hats off to ITI and all of our supporters!
